How IAD Airport Pickup Works
Dulles International Airport features a Main Terminal with designated Arrivals level curbs (Doors 1 through 7). We offer two convenient ways to meet your chauffeur upon arrival:
1. Inside Meet & Greet Service (Recommended for First-Time & International Travelers)
Your chauffeur will wait inside the Main Terminal holding a personalized sign with your name, assist with your luggage, and escort you directly to your waiting vehicle:
Domestic Flights: Your chauffeur meets you at the Baggage Claim Level near your flight’s assigned carousel.
International Flights: Your chauffeur meets you at the International Arrivals Area (Main Terminal) right after you exit Customs.
2. Express Curbside Pickup (Standard)
1-Your chauffeur waits nearby in the staging area just 1–2 minutes from the terminal:
2-Once you have retrieved all your luggage, call or text your driver.
3-Proceed to the Arrivals Level (Lower Level) Outer Passenger Pickup Curb and specify your closest Arrival Door number (Doors 1–7).
4-Your driver will pull up directly to meet you curbside.
What happens if my flight to IAD is delayed?
